Best Restaurants in Da Lat

Dalat's best restaurants  offer a variety of cuisines using fresh ingredients from the city's vegetable farms, wineries and lush forests. Xuan Huong Lake street food vendors

Xuan Huong Lake is not only a major recreational area in Da Lat, but also serves as  a huge local restaurant center. In the evening, dozens of food stalls line the shores of the lake, open until 10 p.m. On weekends, certain streets around the lake are transformed into pedestrian zones, making it much easier to stroll around and enjoy the food and atmosphere. You can even buy some cheap souvenirs at the same time. 

Local favorites include beef rice noodles, grilled squid, boiled clams and hot soy drinks. The Vietnamese coffee served in stainless steel containers is a must.
