Nha Trang beef steak

Nha Trang beef steak is a favorite breakfast dish in Nha Trang  and  Vietnamese have steak and eggs. Served on the grill, sizzling steaks are seasoned with a variety of  spices and served with pâté, eggs, and chili sauce. It is usually accompanied by condiments, a toast and a small serving of fresh greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and vinegar. 

Enjoy this dish the local way by dipping the beef in a lemon, salt and pepper sauce mixture and polishing the remaining egg yolks and grilled pate with chopsticks.

Rolled cake

Vietnamese curry

Vietnamese curry is a type of Vietnamese curry  served with warm rice, noodles or bread. The dish is made from a combination of chicken, carrots, sweet potatoes, ginger and peas cooked in a rich coconut curry sauce. 

While India, Cambodia and Thailand play an important role in the creation of Vietnamese curries, the flavor of the Vietnamese version is considerably lighter and more nutty, making it ideal for a light lunch or  dinner in Nha Trang. 

Crispy pancake

Crispy fried rice cake is a savory pancake  made from rice flour, coconut milk, and turmeric.
